Our tool does not host, store, or distribute YouTube thumbnail images. We provide a browser-based interface that retrieves publicly accessible images directly from YouTube's own CDN servers. We do not cache, copy, or reproduce any thumbnail images on our servers. Therefore, DMCA takedown requests related to the content of specific thumbnails should properly be directed to YouTube directly at: YouTube's Copyright Center.
If you believe our website itself (not YouTube's content) infringes your copyright — such as written content on our blog, images we use in our own UI, or other original content — we will promptly investigate and respond to valid DMCA notices.
To file a valid DMCA notice regarding content on our website, your notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material on our site; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
